Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Joe has served Range Systems customers since 2012. Starting as a sales representative Joe covered Military, Law Enforcement, Commercial, and Private range sales before becoming the Commercial Territory Manager. In 2017, Joe was assigned the role of Director of Sales to lead all segments. He has over 22 years of sales experience including starting and running his own commercial and residential construction company. He has a passion for helping people achieve their live fire training and sport shooting range goals. Joe has a Bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University. He enjoys tournament fishing on the AIM Pro Walleye Series and coaching his daughters in hockey in his free time.
Managing Director Military and Law Enforcement
Steve has over 20 years of experience in the Military and Law Enforcement range industry. Steve started with Range Systems in 1998 serving as Vice President of Sales for 14 years. Steve went on to work in other areas of the industry managing several different divisions during his time. He rejoined the Range Systems team in 2020 as Managing Director of Government, which includes Military & Law Enforcement sales. He has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin – RF and is a member of the NDIA and AUSA. Steve enjoys being the grill master at parties, is a baseball and football fanatic, and has a passion for travel.
International & Military and Law Enforcement Business Development
Glenn has been with Range Systems since 2003, most recently serving our U.S. Military and Law Enforcement customers. His experience covers not only international and government range sales, but also design, manufacturing, and construction departments. He has held several different positions at Range Systems including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Construction, and Vice President of Operations. Glenn has a Master’s of Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Military and Law Enforcement Sales
Dustin has spent the majority of his career serving Range Systems customers; he has been with the company since 2002. Throughout his career he has held many project management positions at Range Systems and currently works with U.S. Military and Law Enforcement customers. Dustin is a licensed California Contractor and enjoys hunting, shooting, fishing and any other outdoor activities around the North Central Minnesota area where he lives.
Managing Director Commercial
Doug has served our U.S. Commercial customers as the Managing Director of Commercial ranges since 2018. He brings almost 40 years of experience to the role, including successfully starting an indoor range and firearms store, Silver Bullet Firearms. Doug is a sought after speaker at industry events, serves on the NSSF Range Committee, and is a Charter member of the industry’s first P20 Group.
Commercial & Residential Range Sales
Brad has been serving our U.S. Commercial and Residential customers since 2017. He has over 16 years of experience in the industry and has built 6 ranges in 5 states while in a previous role at Gander Mountain. He brings a unique understanding and perspective to the process to help customer achieve their goals. Brad is lifelong hunter and shooting enthusiast. He enjoys camping and exploring the outdoors with his family.
Managing Director International
Keith has been with Range Systems since 2018 and has over 30 years of industry experience. In his current role, Keith is working to develop our international capabilities while serving our International Projects customers. Prior to joining the team, Keith was the Managing Director of Cubic Defense UK and Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Interactive Systems USA. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds. Though he currently resides in Surrey, UK, Keith has lived all around the globe including the Middle East, Singapore, and the United States.
International Sales Consultant
Located in Wescott, England, Stuart is an International Sales Consultant at Range Systems. He has been serving our international projects customers since 2019 and has been in the industry for over 7 years. Prior to Range Systems, Stuart worked as a Senior Field Operations Manager at Cubic Global Defense and as a Senior Site Manager at Kier Group. Stuart holds two Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering, one from the University of Surrey, UK and one from Michigan State University, U.S.
Director of Marketing
Ashley has served Range Systems customers since 2019. She brings over 8 years of marketing and sales experience to the Range Systems team as both the Supply Sales and Marketing Manager. She uses this experience to provide solutions to our customers that help make their range or firearms training program a success. Ashley has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends year-round.
