Our live fire facilities experts have over 160 years of combined industry experience.

Our team is dedicated and passionate about working with our customers in a joint process to identify needs, evaluate how different solutions can benefit them and navigate through the equipment selection process to achieve their desired goals. We’re focused on putting the needs of our customer first, ensuring the selections are done in a way that provides the highest value and return for the customer.

COMMERCIAL AND HOME SALES TEAM

Joe Bricko

Joe has served Range Systems customers since 2012. Starting as a sales representative Joe covered Military, Law Enforcement, Commercial, and Private range sales before becoming the Commercial Territory Manager. In 2017, Joe was assigned the role of Director of Sales to lead all segments. He has over 22 years of sales experience including starting and running his own commercial and residential construction company. He has a passion for helping people achieve their live fire training and sport shooting range goals. Joe has a Bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University. He enjoys tournament fishing on the AIM Pro Walleye Series and coaching his daughters in hockey in his free time.

Doug VanderWoude

Doug has served our U.S. Commercial customers as the Managing Director of Commercial ranges since 2018. He brings almost 40 years of experience to the role, including successfully starting an indoor range and firearms store, Silver Bullet Firearms. Doug is a sought after speaker at industry events, serves on the NSSF Range Committee, and is a Charter member of the industry’s first P20 Group.

Brad Knopf

Brad has been serving our U.S. Commercial and Residential customers since 2017. With over 20 years of experience in the shooting sports/outdoor lifestyle industry, Brad brings a deep understanding of how to help customers bring their range plans from concept to reality. His many years of budgeting and managing complex construction projects, including 6 indoor ranges in 5 states, provide a unique perspective in the range development process. Brad is a lifelong hunter and shooting enthusiast who enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family.

LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MILITARY SALES TEAM

Steve Thomas

Steve has over 20 years of experience in the Military and Law Enforcement range industry. Steve started with Range Systems in 1998 serving as Vice President of Sales for 14 years. Steve went on to work in other areas of the industry managing several different divisions during his time. He rejoined the Range Systems team in 2020 as Managing Director of Government, which includes Military & Law Enforcement sales. He has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin – RF and is a member of the NDIA and AUSA. Steve enjoys being the grill master at parties, is a baseball and football fanatic, and has a passion for travel.

Glenn Seeger

Glenn has been with Range Systems since 2003, most recently serving our U.S. Military and Law Enforcement customers. His experience covers not only international and government range sales, but also design, manufacturing, and construction departments. He has held several different positions at Range Systems including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Construction, and Vice President of Operations. Glenn has a Master’s of Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Brian Gokey

Brian joined Range Systems in 2023 and brings over 12 years of industry experience to our team.  He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Southern College of Technology (now Kennesaw State University) and is a veteran of the US Nuclear Navy. Prior to working in the shooting range industry, he had over 20 years of engineering and technical sales experience working for Kimberly Clark nonwovens and Nordson Hot Melt industries. On his off time Brian enjoys assistant coaching softball and baseball for his kids’ teams, outdoor activities with his family, and traveling.

INTERNATIONAL SALES TEAM

Keith Taylor

Keith has been with Range Systems since 2018 and has over 30 years of industry experience. In his current role, Keith is working to develop our international capabilities while serving our International Projects customers. Prior to joining the team, Keith was the Managing Director of Cubic Defense UK and Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Interactive Systems USA. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds. Though he currently resides in Surrey, UK, Keith has lived all around the globe including the Middle East, Singapore, and the United States.

Stuart Hunt

Located in Sussex, England, Stuart is an International Sales Consultant at Range Systems. He has been serving our international projects customers since 2019 and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Prior to Range Systems, Stuart worked as a Senior Project Manager at Cubic Global Defense and as a Senior Site Manager at Kier Group. Stuart holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.

SUPPLIES SALES TEAM

Ashley McStott

Ashley has served Range Systems customers since 2019. She brings over 10 years of marketing and sales experience to the Range Systems team as both the Supply Sales and Marketing Manager. She uses this experience to provide solutions to our customers that help make their range or firearms training program a success. Ashley has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends year-round.

Craig Johnson

Craig Johnson joined Range Systems in 2022 and brings over 20 years of law enforcement and military experience to our team. Prior to working in the shooting range industry, he spent 16 years as a police officer, achieving the rank of Sergeant. Craig also held multiple training/instructor certifications, field training and supervisory roles. Additionally, he spent 8 years and multiple deployments with the U.S. Army Special Operations Command. Craig currently serves customers within our Supplies department and his many years of public service provide a deep understanding of the right tools and solutions our customers need to make their range or training program successful. In his free time, Craig enjoys hunting, fishing, and supporting his children in their activities.
