Dura-Panel™
Dura-Panel™ ballistic rubber is the cornerstone of our Pro-Tact containment systems. It’s the only rubber product in the industry that has been independently tested and certified for use by the US Special Forces.
Acoustic Dura-Panel™
Acoustic Dura-Panel™ has all the same great bullet encapsulation properties as our standard Dura-Panel with an increased noise reduction coefficient due to the groves molded into the face.

Baffles
Range Systems has a variety of baffle designs and options to meet the requirements of the desired training. The baffles on a range are positioned to create a “No blue sky” condition that prevent arrant rounds and misfires from escaping the building or impacting any mechanicals or other structures. Not only can we provide you the safest shooting environment possible, but also improve the overall appearance of your range with the added durability of facing the baffles with Dura-Panel. Range Systems has the widest range of baffle options in the industry allowing you to choose both your level of protection and options that integrates best within the structure.
Sidewall Systems
ProTacts™ Ballistic Sidewall System is ideal for tactical training, close range fire, angled fire, and any environment where shooters advance downrange. Our ballistic Sidewall System eliminates the potential hazard of ricochets and splatter from bullets impacting the sidewalls of the range. This allows you to not only advance down range, but have 270° range of fire, shoot cross lane as well as engage multiple targets at once.

Safety Ceiling
The most critical area of a Range is where the shooter stands. Range Systems safety ceilings suspend directly above the shooter and extends down range 12’. Constructed of AR500 steel and faced with Ballistic rubber Dura-Panel all errant rounds and misfires will be safely defeated by the steel and encapsulated by the Dura-panel eliminating ricochets and back splatter. In addition the safety ceiling provides noise reduction with the Dura-Panel facing.
Acoustic Systems
There are many hazards on a shooting range, and one of the most overlooked is the noise. Obviously you have the noise of the guns firing, but also noise from bullet impact and reverberations. An effective noise control measure for firing ranges is ballistic rubber. Unlike steel and plywood ranges, ranges with ballistic rubber nearly eliminate bullet impact noise. In addition, our Acoustic Dura-Panel™ rubber with channeled exterior reduces reverberation as well. Noise is absorbed as the channels disrupt sound wave patterns so they quickly dissipate resulting in a noise reduction. Acoustic Dura-Panel has a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) rating of 0.65.
When used as a component of a ballistic containment system, Acoustic Dura-Panel will capture and encapsulate bullets and fragments, prevent ricochet from trajectory angles as shallow as 12 degrees from the rubber surface, and reduce airborne lead particles.

SONEX Valueline Panels offer excellent acoustical control across all frequencies with a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) ranging from 0.75 to 1.05. They are especially effective at absorbing excessive sound at the middle frequencies (500 and 1,000 Hz) where unwanted noise and reverberation can interfere with communication.
Sound Silencer™
