Our team is dedicated and passionate about working with our customers in a joint process to identify needs, evaluate how different solutions can benefit them and navigate through the equipment selection process to achieve their desired goals. We’re focused on putting the needs of our customer first, ensuring the selections are done in a way that provides the highest value and return for the customer.

COMMERCIAL AND HOME SALES TEAM

Joe Bricko

Joe has served Range Systems customers since 2012. Starting as a sales representative he covered Military, Law Enforcement, Commercial, and Private range sales before becoming the Commercial Territory Manager. In 2017, Joe was assigned the role of Director of Sales to lead all segments. In 2023, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Joe’s consistent demonstration of exceptional leadership and strategic vision has contributed significantly to our success. He has over 25 years of sales experience including starting and running his own commercial and residential construction company. Joe has a passion for helping people achieve their live fire training and sport shooting range goals. Joe has a Bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University. He enjoys tournament fishing on the AIM Pro Walleye Series and coaching his daughters in hockey in his free time.

Doug VanderWoude

Doug has served our U.S. Commercial customers as the Managing Director of Commercial ranges since 2018. He brings almost 40 years of experience to the role, including successfully starting an indoor range and firearms store, Silver Bullet Firearms. Doug is a sought after speaker at industry events, serves on the NSSF Range Committee, and is a Charter member of the industry’s first P20 Group.

LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MILITARY SALES TEAM

Glenn Seeger

Glenn has been with Range Systems since 2003, most recently serving our U.S. Military and Law Enforcement customers. His experience covers not only international and government range sales, but also design, manufacturing, and construction departments. He has held several different positions at Range Systems including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Construction, and Vice President of Operations. Glenn has a Master’s of Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Brian Gokey

Brian joined Range Systems in 2023, and now has over 15 years of experience in the shooting range industry. His background includes extensive work in sales across the law enforcement, military, and commercial sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Southern College of Technology and proudly served in the U.S. Nuclear Navy.

Before entering the shooting range industry, Brian spent more than two decades in engineering and technical sales roles with Fortune 500 companies and other technology-focused organizations.

Outside the office, Brian enjoys traveling, coaching youth softball and baseball, and spending quality time outdoors with his family.

Keith Rodts

Keith Rodts began his career in mobile electronics in 1989, earning his MECP Master Certification and quickly developing a strong foundation in technical sales. Over the next three decades, he supported major clients like Amazon, General Motors, and Ford, combining deep technical knowledge with customer-focused solutions.

He held key roles at AAMP Global, leading camera integration and technical support for GM, and later joined Meggitt Training Systems, transitioning from service technician to regional sales manager. In 2025, Keith joined Range Systems as a Sales Representative, where he now supports the technical side of advanced target systems.

INTERNATIONAL SALES TEAM

Stuart Hunt

Located in Sussex, England, Stuart is an International Sales Consultant at Range Systems. He has been serving our international projects customers since 2019 and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Prior to Range Systems, Stuart worked as a Senior Project Manager at Cubic Global Defense and as a Senior Site Manager at Kier Group. Stuart holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.

SUPPLIES SALES TEAM

Ashley McStott

Ashley has served Range Systems customers since 2019. She brings over 10 years of marketing and sales experience to the Range Systems team as both the Supply Sales and Marketing Manager. She uses this experience to provide solutions to our customers that help make their range or firearms training program a success. Ashley has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends year-round.

TARGET SYSTEMS TEAM

Shane Hallstrom

Shane joined Range Systems in 2024 as part of the acquisition of ATS Targets and brings 7 years of industry experience to the team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato. 

Shane’s background includes 5 years of service in the U.S. Army, where he held various roles, including as part of the Special Response Team (SRT). This experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the unique training needs within the industry. 

Outside of work, Shane enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family. 

Dave Tomczyk

Dave joined Range Systems in 2024 following the acquisition of ATS Targets and brings over 20 years of experience specializing in project management and design engineering for military and law enforcement clients. His expertise in developing high-quality products ensures that professional shooters stay safe, efficient, and effective when on duty. 

Before entering the shooting range industry, Dave owned and managed a contract manufacturing and engineering company in Minneapolis, where he honed his skills in product development and management. 

Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and restoring antique boat motors, blending his passion for engineering with his love of the outdoors.
